The aim of Instant-locator.com is to make you able to send your GPS position to our server so that you are able to look at them later on a map thanks to our website. In the dedicated member area you will be able to look at your GPS positions (also on a map) and at what time you recorded them. There is also an history of several sent positions. You can also use the iphone application each time your are walking in the street and that you feel lost! It is a great way not to get lost because your GPS position is displayed and refreshed when you move.

The iphone app looks like this :

Fill the required fields with your email and your password, press the "Start" button to start sending your location.

You should see a screen like this one.

After you are done, your position should have been recorded in our database and you should be able to see it later in your member area. You can login on the home page of our website here.

If you press the map button, you should see a screen showing where you are and a search form will be displayed. You can fill this form and click on "Go to" if you are looking for a place. The route will be displayed. You should see a screen like this one:

If you press the "i" button, you should see a screen showing the application settings.

When you log in to your account you can see your control panel and you can select which member(s) (members if you set up a multi-account profile) will be displayed on maps. Inside yellow circles on the map below you can see the position of the members of one group. So you have a powerfull tool of geo tracking and reporting (custom reports and maps).
